We have received the request for the application report on the central investment key industry revitalization and technological transformation special fund for the Xiuwen Zhazuo Logistics Park Agricultural Materials and Fertilizer Transfer and Distribution Center Project of Guizhou Xiuwen Xingda Co., Ltd. (Zhufa Gaisan [2010] No. 526) and related attachments. After research, it is hereby approved as follows:
1、 In order to better fully leverage the role of Guiyang as a regional logistics node in the country, combined with the construction of the Zhazuo strategic loading point of Chengdu Railway Bureau, accelerate the construction progress of the Zhazuo Logistics Park as a provincial and municipal key logistics project, promote the construction of logistics infrastructure and logistics park planning in Guiyang, vigorously develop third-party logistics, and agree to the construction of the Xiuwen Zhazuo Logistics Park Agricultural Materials and Fertilizer Transfer and Distribution Center project in principle.
2、 The project unit is Guizhou Xiuwen Xingda Co., Ltd., and the construction site is Zhazuo Town, Xiuwen County, Guizhou Province.
3、 The main construction content and scale of the project. The main construction content includes a transfer and distribution center for agricultural inputs and fertilizers, with a total construction area of 56000 square meters, including a warehouse of 32000 square meters, logistics and distribution rooms of 11000 square meters, an e-commerce dispatch center of 13000 square meters, as well as park roads, parking lots, greening projects, etc.
4、 Project investment and funding source: The total investment of the project is 80.5 million yuan. The funding sources are: 26.5 million yuan self raised by the enterprise and 54 million yuan bank loans.
5、 The project plans to arrange a special fund of 1.5 million yuan for the revitalization and technological transformation of key industries with central investment.
6、 The preliminary conditions for this project are complete, and procedures such as urban planning, land acquisition, and environmental protection have been completed.
7、 During the project implementation process, it is necessary to strictly follow the bidding law and relevant national regulations to determine the construction unit and purchase equipment.
8、 Please carefully supervise and inspect the implementation process to ensure that all project funds are in place, implemented according to plan, and achieved the expected goals.
